ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Admissions at Chemu Senior Technical School are highly competitive. The process is merit-based, relying on the results of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E.). Applicants from junior secondary schools must achieve at least a grade one in six subjects of the BECE administered by the West African Examination Council (W.A.E.C.). The Ghana Education Service oversees a computerized selection process, with results publicly posted on the school’s notice board. Foreign applicants can apply through a written entrance examination, though places are limited. Alumni’s wards abroad are advised to take the BECE.
